Privacy Notice
This notice explains the limited information processed by the current static Skalin3D website.
The website does not currently create Skalin3D customer accounts, process card payments or deliver paid files. Those functions are handled by the marketplace chosen by the customer.
Information you provide
When you email Skalin3D, we receive the address and information contained in your message so we can respond and provide support. The newsletter form is currently disabled and does not submit or store email addresses.
Hosting and technical data
The site is intended to be hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, request logs, browser information and security signals, under its own privacy terms.
External marketplaces
Fab, ArtStation and Superhive process account, order, payment, tax and download information under their own privacy notices. Skalin3D may receive order or support information made available to sellers by those marketplaces.
Mailing list
A voluntary product-news signup will be activated later. It will use explicit opt-in, identify the email provider here, and include an unsubscribe method. Purchasing a product will not by itself subscribe a customer to marketing email.
Your rights and contact
You may contact victor@skalin.org to ask what personal information Skalin3D holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Skalin3D is operated by Victor Skalin in Malta.
