How do I buy and download a product?
Choose an available edition above. Direct purchases use Lemon Squeezy. After checkout, use your receipt or My Purchases to access the download. For an external marketplace purchase, use that marketplace’s receipt or library.
Can I try a product before buying?
Where a Free edition is offered, use its download to try the included workflow. Features differ by product, so check the product’s comparison. A Coming soon label means that download or purchase is not open yet.
Where can I compare editions?
Each product page explains what its editions include. See the BWrap comparison or the DNA Studio comparison and purchase tiers before choosing your download.
Where are my receipt and downloads?
Check the email address used for your order, including spam or promotions folders. Visit My Purchases for your store’s access route. If you still need help, email victor@skalin.org with the product, store and order email.
What currency and tax will I pay?
Website prices are shown in EUR. Your chosen checkout shows the final currency, applicable taxes and total before payment.
How do refunds work?
Email victor@skalin.org with your product, order email, store and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
For Lemon Squeezy orders, its Buyer Terms describe discretionary, case-by-case refunds that may be refused. See also its refund guidance. External marketplace purchases follow that marketplace’s process. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
