Refund Information
Direct sales are not currently offered. Refund requests are handled by the marketplace where the purchase was made.
Fab, ArtStation and Superhive each apply their own refund and digital-product rules. Submit the request through the order or support area of the marketplace used for checkout.
Downloaded digital products
Digital addon files cannot be physically returned after download. A marketplace may nevertheless allow or require a refund in circumstances covered by its policy or by applicable consumer law, including where a product is defective or materially different from its listing.
Technical support first
For installation or compatibility problems, contact victor@skalin.org with the product, version, Blender version, operating system and relevant console output. This does not limit any rights provided by the marketplace or applicable law.
Future direct checkout
A separate direct-purchase policy and the required checkout consent for immediately supplied digital content will be published before direct checkout is enabled on this website.
